Bedrooms

Living Room

The contemporary living area offers a relaxing haven to escape the day's heat. This cosy snug, which connects to the open plan kitchen diner, has a seating group, LCD TV, complimentary internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. Full-height glass doors fill this space with natural light and lead out onto the pool terrace.

Note: On the lower ground floor, there is a complete games room featuring a TV, pool table, table tennis table and foosball table.

Kitchen

The well-equipped American kitchen is a haven for aspiring chefs. High-end appliances and ample counter space make it a joy to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed on the adjacent indoor dining table. It has a range of modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, oven hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering retreat.

Terrace and Pool

The outdoor spaces are a true highlight of Villa Altay. The generous terrace, featuring an infinity pool, is an oasis of tranquillity with unspoiled views over the azure waters. There's also a covered dining area, ideal for alfresco meals and a relaxing swing seat where you can enjoy your favourite beverage at sunset. On the lower ground floor is a second shaded terrace area accessed via the games room. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session. 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
