Living Room

The spacious living room oozes style and comfort, making it ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. This room features an L-shaped sofa and lounge chairs, a smart TV, free internet access, air conditioning, and a coffee table. Full-height glass doors provide direct access to the pool patio.

Kitchen

The large fitted kitchen is professionally presented with an attractive open plan style and equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an eight-seater dining table, an oven, and adequate utensils for indoor and outdoor meals.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

This spectacular pool terrace features an infinity private swimming pool with views of the town and bay. The patio features an alfresco dining table, plenty of sun loungers, a BBQ, and a lovely outdoor seating set. This outdoor area has been designed to accommodate visitors pleasantly, with a large gazebo, a parasol, and different covered spots. It's a great location to escape the heat and relax with an excellent book. The outside area extends upward through the property, with substantial curved balconies outfitted to enjoy the views and a sun trap top terrace to catch the last rays before dusk. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
