The open-plan lounge room is designed for entertaining and unwinding after a long day in the sun. The living room contains a seating area, a television, a DVD player, a fireplace, a dining table for six people, free internet, air conditioning, a coffee table, and a WC. You may also access the pool area from the living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen area sits behind the living room in the same open-plan space. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering retreat.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

The private terrace is divided into two levels, with a big private pool on the lower terrace. Plenty of outdoor garden furniture includes sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols. Upper terraces and furnished balconies are accessible from the living room and bedrooms, each with a different perspective of the bay and allowing you to catch the sun from wherever in the house. The pool attendant cleans the pool and terrace surroundings daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
