While a spacious king-size bed graces the bedroom, a freestanding bathtub and paravanes add an airy separation from the living and kitchen areas, complemented by a convenient walk-in wardrobe connected to the bathroom. Further enhancing your stay, a separate utility room houses a washing/drying machine and ironing facilities.

Kitchen

The highly sophisticated kitchen is visually appealing and outfitted with the latest modern appliances, allowing you to make the most of a self-catering stay. A dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and burner, and all utensils are provided.

Garden and Pool

The magnificent terrace and garden provide a calm atmosphere with breathtaking views. A beautiful garden surrounds a private infinity pool in the heart of the patio. Ample sun loungers, as well as outdoor dining and seating furnishings, are provided for your convenience. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings on a daily basis.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival. Additionally, for reservations exceeding seven nights, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organized at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees at the time of booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured; this deposit will be fully refunded at the conclusion of your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.  Villa Nana is located in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan and neighbours Villa Afsana and Villa Setara. These villas can be booked together where availability allows.
