Kitchen
The ultra-modern kitchen features black cabinets, a breakfast bar, and all of the modern equipment you could want. It has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, and all the tools needed for a self-catering holiday.

Living Room
With views of the pool, the stylish lounge area is an excellent place to unwind. It connects to the outdoor patio via full-height glass doors that frame the bay views. The lounge area is relaxing and cosy after a busy day in the sun. This room features several seating areas, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Games Room

The games room on the villa's ground floor also offers a convertible pool/table tennis table for visitors who wish to compete, as well as a sauna and Turkish Hammam for those who want to relax and revitalise.

Terrace and Pool
The spacious terrace features a lovely covered alfresco eating area with a BBQ and a sunbathing patio with comfortable loungers.  A vast pool with steps and a ladder access is in front of the terrace. A well-appointed roof terrace with sea views, sun loungers, and seats crowns the home. The pool attendant cleans the pool and terrace space daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
