Living Room

Our esteemed guests have exclusive access to a private pool terrace and a picturesque walkway that gracefully descends to the crystal-clear sea, inviting them to indulge in a refreshing swim in the mesmerising blue waters. The meticulously designed patio area boasts many amenities, including comfortable sun loungers, a stylish seating group, an inviting alfresco dining table, a state-of-the-art BBQ, and strategically placed parasols. To ensure an immaculate environment, a dedicated pool attendant diligently conducts daily cleaning routines for the pool and the lush garden surroundings.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
