Living Room

The sea-view living area is light and airy, with sliding doors that go out onto the terrace and frame the natural vistas. Three steps lead down from the spacious entrance corridor to the living area, which has been expertly arranged with modern furnishings and carefully chosen Turkish details. The lounge features a seating area, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee table, and custom window seating.

Kitchen

The kitchen is off the entrance hallway, with a substantial open wall overlooking the lounge. This room is light and airy, with a six-person indoor dining table. It has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, a kettle, an oven and a stove, and all the tools needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Our visitors have access to a private pool patio and a boardwalk that leads down to the sea, where they may swim in the beautiful blue waters. Sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols are all available on the patio. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
